The Pittsburgh Award Program recognizes businesses in various categories every year whom they believe have achieved excellence in marketing success within their individual category and within the local community.
The winners of each category were determined based on the collection of information from various sources and then that information was analyzed by the committee. The awards focus on quality instead of quantity. Data is provided by third parties to the Pittsburgh Award Program, which also does plenty of work gathering its own information for businesses in every category in order to determine winners.
